Yes. To ensure a successful visit, you must be present at your selected location for the full appointment window.
Yes. You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no cost. Changes made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.
If you are not available during your appointment window, your visit will be considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and require a new booking.
Vitalis Direct operates within select service areas. Availability will be confirmed during booking based on your location.
Some tests require fasting, while others do not. If fasting is required, you will receive clear instructions during booking and in your appointment confirmation.
Most appointments take approximately 15–20 minutes, depending on the services selected.

Vitalis Direct services are typically self-pay and not billed through insurance.
Yes, in many cases multiple individuals can be scheduled at the same location. Each person must have their own booking and selected services. (I believe we are holding off on this for now)
